All orders placed on APDX.com.au will be shipped complimentary via Startrack Courier or via Armed Courier. Dependant on the value of the order. This service includes:
- Tracking Number: fully trackable via the designated courier's website.
- Full Insurance: the package is fully insured based on the order value.
- Signature Required: The customer or a representative must be available at the time of delivery to sign.
If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will be rebooked for delivery or held at your local Australia Post Depot.
Estimated timeframe for delivery: 1 business day (Capitol cities & large metros) up to 1 week (regional)
International Customers
All orders placed on APDX.com.au will be shipped complimentary via FedEx or via Armed Courier. Dependant on the value of the order. This service includes:
- Tracking Number: fully trackable via the designated courier's website.
- Full Insurance: the package is fully insured based on the order value.
- Signature Required: The customer or a representative must be available at the time of delivery to sign.
If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will be rebooked for a nominal fee issued by the delivery agent.
APDX is not liable for any VAT, customs duties, import taxes or surcharges levied by the Buyer's country. This will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
