Once you accept someone’s offer, an invoice will be sent to the buyer to complete payment. In order to facilitate the sale, there will be a 15% commission fee on every transaction. This covers all costs in transit, digital production as well as transaction fees from credit card merchants.
How will I get paid?
After your diamond has sold, you will be paid via EFT/Bank Transfer to your nominated bank account after 14 days. There may be delays in you receiving your money due to public holidays, weekends, buyer payments and fraudulent checks.
Will there be GST/Tax charged on the sale?
The Australian Pink Diamond Exchange is required to charge GST per Australian law to Australian Delivery Addresses. All prices suggested to you and listed on our website will include GST.
